Eldon co-founded Molash in 2005 and has been driving fund raising initiatives, deal sourcing and implementation. He sits on both the Main Street and Industco boards and provides the capital markets nexus to these platforms enabling them to source, fund and implement their acquisition activity. Eldon previously worked for Brait where he jointly headed up their corporate finance initiative. Prior to this Eldon was a senior member of the private equity team where he had responsibility for investments in the Logistics and Food services industries. He was also responsible for the sell side initiatives of the various funds. Eldon has also spent time in London working in the Goldman Sachs UK M&A team. He is a chartered accountant and completed his articles at Arthur Andersen.

Darren joined Molash in 2007 responsible for all finance activities in Molash and the both Main Street and Industco. Darren is a chartered accountant and completed his articles at KPMG in 2004. He ran large audits in the specialised consumer and insurance industries. He then joined Citi Group as a financial analyst responsible for the reporting of the Zambian operations to head office in the United States.

Shaun co-founded Molash in 2005. Shaun is focused on implementing group wide operational processes in the Main Street Holding subsidiaries. Shaun has been operational in Sunpac, one of Main Street’s subsidiaries for 6 years and ensures that Main Street fulfills its objective of being financially and operationally integrated. Prior to Sunpac Shaun was in the corporate finance and private equity divisions of African Merchant Bank. He is a chartered accountant and completed his articles at Arthur Andersen.

Greg joined Molash Capital in 2008. Greg has been responsible for the implementation and closure of transactions in Main Street and is leading the rollout of the Industco platform. Greg completed his BCom Actuarial Science at Wits University and holds Diplomas in Actuarial Techniques and Investments and Asset Management .  Greg has extensive experience in Investment Management and Analysis. Greg co-found Transatlantic Holdings with a primary focus on Private Equity investment. Between 2002 and 2006, Greg assumed the role of Financial and Operations Director in Westport Clothing Manufacturers and later Austro Engineering. In 2006, he joined Worldwide Capital, where he played a multifaceted role in Private Equity, Property, Structured Finance and operationally on the Group Exco.

David co-founded Molash in 2005 and has been a active operational member of Main Street Holdings. David has been driving the clothing interests of Main Street implementing strategy and holding company initiatives in the underlying companies. David was with Brait for 5 years and as a director of Brait private equity was responsible for the maintenance of fund investments and played a significant role in the leveraged buyout of Pepkor Limited and other investment initiatives. David also played a lead role in turning around a number of under performing assets. He is a chartered accountant and completed his articles at Arthur Andersen.
